This 115 unit mixed-use project is located at a prominent intersection of Washington and National Boulevards, and is one of the city’s first approved transit oriented developments. Featuring 44,000 SF of retail on the ground floor, the project is the first of the “catalyst” projects to spark development along the new Metro rail line.
