Hugo has over 40 years of experience in multi-family housing. After obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, he attended Stanford University where he obtained a Master’s degree in Construction Management. Hugo joined the staff of TSM in 2013 as an associate principal, where his duties include overviewing the development of urban residential projects as well as coordinating production staff assignments.
