As the Director of Design, Jeff oversees all aspects of design throughout the course of TSM projects, from design concept to construction. With over 16 years of residential design experience, Jeff offers creative solutions for market-rate and affordable multi-family housing, mixed-use, senior and student housing, and assisted living.   Jeff’s passion for residential design has allowed him to explore new building types and ways to articulate design intent with cost effective methods.
